yeah, 110hp aba shield, avg nuke that could burst people down at lvl 2-3, so basically you get soulring/arcanes to sustain your manapool while burstig people and dispelling bullshit.
duel allows you to lockdown core sups without dying quickly, bc who's gonna focus lc anyways lul
and aghs potentially allows you to completely lock that sup down, bc 0 dmg from non-dueled target LUL
