Just keep playing on 1 account and stop making smurfs. U dont get better by making smurfs.

High bracket is more than 3.2 k hidden mmr. U are just not 3.2 k player but below. So u have much things to work on. There are many videos on youtube on what u can work on as a core player.

Just focus on improving yourself instead of creating 3154420 smurfs while hoping you'd get gud stats for like 100 games in a row
One of the most efficient way to "git gud" is actually what you're avoiding
PLAYING MMR ON YOUR MAIN ACCOUNT
You'd learn to 1v9 those NS asses sooner or later (unless you're playing with a shitty attitude and huge ego)

          D2bowie is an amazing channel
You'd learn A LOT from his videos, they show how much those little things can impact the entire game

I'm sure if you compare them to how 5k+ players play I'm sure you'd notice how sloppy and how much mistakes that you do, let alone comparing us to pro players
From the mistakes that you found, learn to not repeat them again, you'd improve alot
I'm sure anyone can reach 4k MMR if they play consiously and keeps themselves from doing the same mistake ever again
