@aFeect That's JimBen. He's a relatively famous Dota YouTuber/Streamer. He's the guy who used to do those Silly Builds Videos. His YouTube account was JimBenDoto if I recall correctly.
Don't know if he's ever been involved in Casting or Interviewing but I guess any relatively famous Dota Personality can become a verified player. Not sure what the requirements to become verified are actually. Anyone know?

EDIT: Just realise there's a link to his YouTube channel on his profile. Definitely the guy I thought it was.
