My 3rd language is russian dota helps a lot here.

I would say that most dota players are able to speak two or more languages. At least most of them. For example I can speak czech, as it is my native language, then german (2nd), english (3rd) and spanish (4th).
But a big problem for me in english is pronounciation. It's honestly fucked up.
