How does he drop after playing in party games ? Isn't solo mmr tracked separate from party mmr even for normal games ?

it's just a coincidence that he played party after dropping solo
MMR doesn't drop, they are the different for party and solo but if you were still in the early days of your account and played with someone with a new account you would that person's to your skill bracket as well while yours would get locked at the current skill bracket you were in.
skill bracket is the only thing that shows on dotabuff because it's o nthe replay file
unranked also has a hidden mmr
so the hidden mmr dropped, hence the skill bracket dropped
so mmr does drop right?how to recover my normal skill bracket to high again is it possible to recover it?
you droped because you underperformed
from my experiance unranked actually changes hidden mmr from performance, not win/loss like ranked
so to get back to HS, all you have to do is play like a 3.2-3.7k player and it will come by itself
there's no cheat to get there
