A lot of heavy teamfight lineups lack counters to split push..

Take this game..once we decided we cannot take any fights we just split pushed the fuck out of them.. We were 5 man though, so there was less dying..in a normal pub there would an asshole who doesn't get the point.. But you can split push them all you want..
Don't take the team fights until your carries are fed. A team for example with tide, Lich and earth shaker isn't doing shit to a bunch of carries with bkbs.
If you manage to smoke gank and take out a hero or before the fight even starts youre pretty much guarenteed to be able to get an objective.
Heavy teamfight teams arent always the greatest pushers so even if you lose a fight its not an automatic loss as you will respawn before they can throne or even rax unless you fight like on your doorstep but than you shouldnt take that fight and instead try to pick them off while they fumble around due to lack of highground push.
Crowd Control. Lich prevents the a strong team-fighting team from grouping up 24/7.
Just hope your team is smart enough to get the carrys like Slark ^

Goal is not to win fights... To destroy ancients so... RAT!!! Or u could always smoke gank... But ratting is more fun
Just avoid fights and split push, constantly try to force 4v5's, but most of the time your team is too slow and shit to take advantage when they see a team split up, and just wait for them to group up again blowing their chance. BKB helps.
