in most cases u either have no chance to hit, or would have killed ur target without magnus buff, too. the chance of magnus being useful here is too small to make aghs purchase worth.
if u get to rightclick people with meepo, u kill them in any case. if you do not have a chance to do it, magnus' buff does nothing.
