I mean, highest among all the players, not just me.

this kind of a feature doesnt exist

20 - 21 per min is ridiculous. I can imagine that number being possible in a 3 hour game with naga with an early radiance.

way to ignore the context, OP here is asking for highest cs/min in any game, not highest cs/min at a particular game time

song doesn't help you farm, if you can get away with it not adding song lets you farm marginally faster
