you should have radiance before you've even picked him

imo 18-20 min if u're doing good (boots, talon, midas, radi)
24 min is still acceptable i think
might be wrong, but i think i've seen some pros get radi around 16 min long time ago

less than 18 is godlike, 18-20 is very good, 20-24 is average, 24+ is kinda bad.

6 mins = midas.
maybe around 15-16 means u can get radiance :)
even if you go to neutral but going lane is better.

21-23 with Spec

normally u dont get midas at minute 6 as an offlaner. the timing is like 8-11.

if u are safelane then 6 min midas, but no way as an offlaner, cuz that means you already won

Yesterday I play him safelane (smurf acc), well the midas might be too late 11 min midas bcoz i buy the bear phase boot first but 20< min radiance. Hmm maybe i should rush midas first b4 any item.
