1) u can cancel it only b4 u throw it. once is is thrown, u cant do anything.
2) to ur position before blink (the one u hooked from)
3) pipe blocks magical damage only. hook is pure, so it goes through pipe (and any other reistance items).

is there any way to cancel a hook, like decrease distance after initial cast?
If i blink after i throw out a hook, but before the target is pulled back to me, will the target got to my location before or after blink?
if i hook while someone has a pipe of insight active does the hook not register 400 dmg due to the item or is the 400 dmg saved for dismember?
