I think it stacks with it, blocking dmg does stacks ( was in dota1). Why not make him more tanky, the role of that hero is durable initiator.

Bristleback (Ability) doesn't work like Damage Block. It is a damage reduction, removing a percentage of all sources of damage. Damage block removes a set number of damage and doesn't stack with other sources. Kraken Shell on the other hand doesn't stack at all with damage block, so feel free to flame that guy playing Tidehunter who bought a Vangaurd. He wasted a lot of money.

While Playing Bristleback I saw that the core item was Vanguard, does that even work properly because BB already has his 3rd skill right? Won't vanguard block pop in once in a while his 3rd skills > Vanguard ?
Also I saw that Agh was not in his item build but gives him a buff.
Can anyone help with this question?
