Tiny is too polarized and unflexible. When you play him you basically have two build choices, and if you can't get an early blink dagger you are useless all game. Sad story, he is one of my favories

So about 8 months ago I stopped following all the updates / reading up on dota / trying to learn . Anyways I just checked tinys win rate and its dropped like 6% what happened ?
