Doom (ulti kill OD in fights first), Riki (smoke slow ulti late game), Phantom Lancer (provided you have Diffusal and you have a few ill ready, cast skill 1 with prev creep, then rush location, juxta pose, have teammates disable or orchid, kill, beware sanity of eclipse and there's also Astral during which time all your illu will die, so situational.
This is just a theory play, but i think pugna would be an absolute counter to a mid OD. Deceprify to amplify Nether blast to an already soft hero which also acts as a defense for OD's Arcane Orb and if he is using that, there is Nether Ward. Again, this is just a theory play, I have never tried doing that.

and as dragrus said, pugna is quite good too
i'm sure bm/bat is also quite good if your team is competent enough to focus him down
