I am embarrassed myself buying dagon.

dagon is fun, but its really expensive and there are way more helpful items you could get for your team, like greaves, AC, hell even crimson guard

If there's is a motive why people hate you, surely it's not because of dagon.

dagon is a bad item on riki

if you buy dagon on riki while attempting to win you should seriously reconsider everything you think about dota because you are just wrong

his kit has mediocre synergy with dagon, and the item seriously caps his potential

Why do he have to learn more heroes if he can play riki in their style? :D he can play riki like nyx by using dagon, anitmage by using diffusal and blink dagger, and lion by using SoV and Dagon..

But why? Dagon on Riki is perfect.

Riki stays invisible when casting spells, so he could literally dagon someone farming midlane at 300 hp, kill them, and they won't even know what hit them!

They actually say things like "OMG I think my game is broken, I just died with 300 hp left."

And then they come back to farm and I sit and wait for minions to take them down to 300hp again. Then I dagon them again.

But the point is that Riki can deal up to 800 points of damage while staying invisible with Dagon. Why is Dagon bad for Riki? You can 1 shot a Sniper and he won't even know how he died!

800 damage without magic resistance
but every hero has 25% resistance beside Visage with 10% and Meepo with 35%
So you deal 600 damage to Sniper including resistance

You can still 1 shot a bad Sniper.

Its not Dagon that people hate, its the way you use it. if you save it for when the enemy is low to steal the kill from your team then people will be annoyed. If you used it at the start of a fight to get an enemy low so your team can finish it off then most people won't have a problem with it.

Doesn't change the fact that Dagon is kinda bad on Riki and you shouldn't get it on him unless you're stomping so hard you can do whatever you want.
