during the calibration phase, your performance matters and not ur win/loss ratio, but if u perform well, you are likely to win. thats what i mean.
@TripleSteal
I meant like i have 42% winrate only sadly. :(
Will this affect my mmr later in calibration?
i can only repeat what i already said
you will drop in mmr but not because of your winrate
The thing is i try to do my best but one of my team mate starts feeding and stuff so my other teammates just give up....my loosing streak most of the games were like this
thats an illusion, though. u just remember such scenarios better and use it as an excuse to urself, and actually believe that teammates or something external prevents you from winning.
one does not have a 40% winrate cz he got unlucky in terms of teammates though, thats not how statistics works. the chance of such a shit is like 0.005%, and I dont believe thats the case.
if u find urself consistently losing, it means you are bad, and u need to accept it and move on.
lower then 50% winrate will result in dropping in mmr over the long run. You can still have peaks and get 500 mmr in 2 days but if you over the long run have lower then 50% winrate in ranked matchmaking you will drop lower then you calibrated as. 50%+ and you will get higher mmr even if it takes you 10 years it will be higher over time more or less.
Also there is kind of a casino rake kind of deal, if you lets say have 1000 ranked games played and have 500 wins and 500 losses you'd still be abit lower then what you once started because some games you only win 24 mmr, so basicly to raise in mmr over the long run you should have 50.00+ winrate, must be higher then 50.00 to gain higher.

Does mmr depend upon winrate?
I mean the calibration party thanks
