only thing i can think of is void slow cuz you cant just press q.

*ahem* anyway another thing i could think of (unless this was patched) is that slark's illusions can carry over essence shift stacks that never expire

but ofc essence shift by itself doesnt work on slark's illusions so u'd have to wait until u get those stats before popping ur manta
