Ursa honestly, he's so braindead easy, i'm sure anyone can just spam him to 4K, and probably still have abit of sucess in 4K. Worst part is, Ursa players always get cocky for no reason, I ran into MANY all chat Ursa's that shit talked all game cause they were being fed off braindead teammates, only for them to lose late to us.
Picking him, no joy in winning so easily, losing to him, just annoying. Only reason I don't have trouble with him is cause i'm never out in the open asking to get blinked in by him, or cause the usual heroes I play typically stomp him. lol
Storm, no contest. Don't pick him, only time I played him was when I accidentally queued all random because I forgot to change the gamemode back after low priority.

From most annoying to less annoying
1st: Enchantress
- Impetus can't be stopped from homing at me even blink and the more distance you run, the more damage it is
- Something that give non right-clicker heroes a headache
2nd: Mirana
- Arrow came out of nowhere and get stunned for 5 seconds WTF
- "Surprise, mother!@#$er"
3rd: Pudge
- Our pudge always hook me when I'm about to score a kill, Their pudge always hook me when I'm farming and gassed me with a fart that I suffocated within a seconds.

Invoker, first pick Invo and spammers are tryhards I think. U must be learn that hero for quite a while. I played Invo and those buttons I need to click....
Basically I don't like "newer" heroes. Heroes that added in dota 1. I forgot ince what patch. I like traditional heroes like Sven, Skeleton King, Old Razor, u got the idea...
Spectre and Ursa gotta be most annoying heroes to play against.
Faceless void can be annoying too.

You can't cover whole map with sentries. Besides, it's not only the Techies, but the interactions with heroes like Tiny, Magnus, Earth Spirit, Tusk, Pudge, Batrider and plain Force Staff.
I hate playing against Slark, I hate having Legion Commander on my team (at times). and I hate Techies pickers, because lets just pick Techies to extend everyone elses night in the lobby!!!
