You just need to adopt the attitude that it's not you who are letting people down, it's people who are letting you down and you will be on your way to 2k in no time at all.

You cannot trust anyone to carry you in solo games until you are atleast 4k. Most people below that are noobs who calibrated into that MMR and are slowly falling. sometimes you get lucky, but the point is not to rely on thatl uck.

Yeah I play a few bot games to play some dota.

When I get bored I play on my girls 2k account and it is pretty much the same as bots

use reddit or steamcommunity discussins. the amount of sub 2k players here is very limited.
