Jungle LC with AC, lots of duel damage, and boots of travel. Kappa

AC Deso Moonshard with 300 duel damage no kappa

meepo/tiny will push faster than that

every hero with 4 Rapiers, AC, BoT's2 and an eaten Moonshard

Best rats are Naga, Ember, NP, Arc Warden, Morph, AM, Lycan, TB. The best is probably Naga & Arc Warden.

Ratting is not about high dmg to towers, but about being able to escape when you force tp rotations. That's why Druid, Tiny are not that great at ratting, even though they melt towers pretty fast.
