i dont think you might need skadi as well as heart on ET
the classical very lategame build is smthng like pt/ac/shivas/hex/refresher or euls. if you decided to focus on rightclick for some reason, it can be pt/ac/mjollnir/abyssal/SnY/mkb or crits
i dont see much sense in getting tankiness for this hero

Screw what's optimal I just like smacking them but the buggers keep running away from me...
If you want a rightclick build, just get SY and MoM. The hero already runs pretty fast and with these you easily reach 522.
It makes no sense on about 90% of the situations he could be in. Shivas is better, heart is probably better, Ethereal, and pretty much any other position or utilty item besides Refresher I can think of work better on him and make him overall more useful on what he does
