There weren't that many threads about him anyway. He didn't receive too strong nerfs either in my opinion, I guess people just learnt to deal with him/Lesh and Bloodcyka are more annoying and picked much more frequently, so they forget about Undy.

He was nerfed like 3-4 patches in a row...Makes you wonder how Icefrog is so bad on some other long overdue things.

Oh yeah and he was almost always a ban in TI for Chinese teams.

So since 6.84 was a huge undying buff followed by consecutive updates of nerf what do you even say overall?

Either way that was quick quick updates by valve in response to undying at beginning of 6.84.

The nerfs (not too strong, but nerfs nonetheless), Bloodseeker and Lesh becoming popular, him not actually being the most exciting hero to play, I think are all factors.

Sure, last patch Sniper, Jugger and Troll were all pretty boring autistic heroes in their own right and probably even more, but 6.83 as a whole was a very autistic and boring patch.
