i guess so, but venge laning is 300 times stronger.
and to play support naga you really have to combo the ulti with something, thats the sole purpose of picking naga support.
(shaker, ez sand king, disruptor with aghanims = gg, etc.)

get aghs if your doing well heal team for days.
