High Skill is between 3200 and 3700 as it has always been. The bracket is determined by the average between the 10 players, so if you are 3208 but the match average is below 3200, the match will be marked as Normal Skill.
it just the average of the game has to be 3200+
if you have 3208, you can be in a game with average of 3196 and the game will show as normal skill
Very high skill right now is 3660 ish. My advice you climb this high do not play weekends. Retards or against Asian stacks playing OP meta picks.

I just got to 3208 and wondering how close to high skill, kinda nervous cuz it was so hard for me to gain this last 40 mmr.
