skype is a little bit more greedy in terms of pc resources, TS requires way less. But skype is a bit more comfortable to use imo, not to mention that it offers more possibilities that are important in case you are considering not only communicatig with teammates when playig an online game.
I agree with 1234.. why use voip when there's already VoIP in game? That's like using MSN Messenger to chat with dota players, lol.
