Tiny is rather good, core timbersaw is viable, aa is OK, necro and wd as well, zeus too.
theres 2 types of alch combos
1 is fast aghs on a snowballing hard carry. for this you have offlane ancient stack alch + meepo, tiny, etc. carries that take over the game solo when given an extra 4200 gold
the other is standard carry alch + heroes that have great but not core aghs. for this any support like lina, enigma, wd, disruptor, bane, cm, dazzle, veno, SK, warlock, rubick works, as well as mid/cores that have decent aghs that they usually dont buy, like wraith, cent, LD, gyro, luna, NP. You farm up 5-6 slots before giving out aghs, this way your hero isnt useless in fights
I had a guy today give the first aghs he earned to Slark....we won the game and tbh thank god the stats at least go.
doom? the passive disabling is really strong but in the late game aghs is a weak item slot so instead you can get something like shivas early.
tiny is pretty great (and so you can also run a gang tiny with dagger, who is often overlooked cause he winds mid-lategame, but give tremendous space early game, and those 4200 free gold could put in him again and help transition. That's more or less the only carry it would be worth it, side to side to an alchemist.
If it's not for a 2nd carry, then you can give it to ogre, enigma, early on, or to nyx to name few.
