Alch isn't really better. He still crushes if he has free farm and sucks if he doesn't only difference now is he comes online sooner if you let him get runes and can possibly be denied some farm and make a comeback with some runes. Just make sure to contest runes and push his lane in.
Alch is good now. Even if you deny him the farm he can come back faster then a normal carry because of that coin buff. You need to get that battle fury up and farm some ancients, jungle. Well of course if your team is getting destroyed you wont get farm and lose but that goes for every carry imo.

Well, the Ursa changes were not really a nerf, despite my initial impressions. I was wrong (and frankly, I'm glad I was wrong since I like ursa).
Alch is better, but he still seems sub-par.
Storm is still borderline imba.
