he somehow got 400g from 1st bounty rune (i guess its from new patch, i havent read everything), then first blood, and always pushed the lane after x:30 creeps spawn so he can stack jungle camps (radiant side). also he got many mud golems and shit

new grevil's greed multiplies bounty rune gold by 4. So the first rune is worth 400g to alch. Subsequent ones are worth 200+ (50 base + 2x time minute) I'll bet in pub matches you still get mids stealing from him though lol.

Doesn't the 4x to bounty runes make him a little better as a mid so he can easier get the runes? Even if you have a bad lane at least you can pick up that bounty rune to get 1.5 creep waves worth of gold.

doubt it, while the bounty runes are nice every contested creep he loses in the mid is too massive to his gpm he could obtain somewhere else

Alch is awful mid cuz of very low starting armor and having no escapes. Too ez to gank or harrass him to hell. Besides, all this stuff about 9:30 radiance etc. is valuable only if we're talking about tryhardish party mmr or pro games. In solo mm game random people in most of the cases won't stack camps for alch so desperately and selflessly. People tend to be selfish and self-reliant there.

However, new greevil's greed is really a lil bit too stronk.

p.s. all bounty runes except the 1st one don't justify leaving the lane creeps to take it.

And if he's mid any non retarded team will contest both runes. Just send a support with a disable to camp it, stun him, steal rune.

And yes, I agree I kind of hate when pros post some ridiculous gpm while getting a billion camps stacked, space created etc. This will never happen in a pub game so don't even try. I don't think new grevil's is op at all, old alch sucked. Though I kind of wish they revamped him entirely. As it is they simply made his strength even stronger without addressing any other issues.

That was probably under near-perfect conditions where you can get 7min bfury(he went for rad build).

And now, number of the pub alch's maxing greed is increasing rapidly and those are easy games for me and I pray that I don't get that Alch picker maxing greed and failing in my team.
