i guess drums is even more core now. I usualy bought madness because of the mov speed. -_>used it as a haste

all this does is nerf the item in fights

when you're farming you either use the aspd or the ms, never both at the same time, and you pop it when you're clearing camps so it's a very slight farming nerf

MoM still viable on some heroes like LC

@fuyumi , i still think lc needs a dagger.
you can go dagger + silver edge i guess.
its like es with shadowblade and no dagger, if you know waht im saying a gem/sentries and you are not doing anything anymore.

and about mom, its a little nerfed for farming, i mean the time you get from camp to camp will be longer in the long run.
