First and foremost : Are you playing on a smurf ? Nice win rate !
There's a lot of things you could do to improve and remain constant with your performance in your games :
•Camera positioning
•Proper picks and countering
•Farming efficiency ( hitting timings right on your items )
•Objective , critic and positive mentality through out the game
•Clearly communicating your availability ( Are you fighting or are you backing ? Is your spells off CD ? etc... )
I've noticed that you're constantly picking 1st position heroes with the occasional meta supports. This method is solid for grinding MMR , but you're going to get limited to a small hero pool when playing against 4.5k mmr players and higher - pick more variously ( but smartly ) to improve and understand how certain heroes are played. Learning a hero's weaknesses is very usefull for optimal laning and mid phases of the game , and will help you transition into the late much more easily when you're playing your signature heroes ( PA ) during later stages of your MMR climb.
Try going through a few of your replays ( games in which you lost preferably ) to study how you played . Compare that with your games where everything seemed to go your way . It's by pin pointing your mistakes that you can make a huge difference in your match quality ! As an example , I've noticed that when I play 1st position , I tend to aim to very late game , and farm items that make me very weak during laning and mid game. Now , I make sure to tank up , and have a TP on me so I can assist my team , and take fights that would give us a leg up in the game .
Example : when I play AM , I would rush Battlefury so I can flash farm my team's jungle. This made me very squishy , and unavailable to be present on the map. Now , I get an urn , vlads and yasha to secure early game advantage so that we can snowball and win the game .
Point is : your enemy played a dozen games against your hero , and they know what to expect - surprise them by being innovative and smart about your build and play style.
