I think it was something with 800 range stun

Devour it (50% magic resistence), buy pipe (+30%) get glimmer cape (+20%) = 100% resistence

... magic resist has diminishing returns.

I think the magic resist might just be base resistance on the golems not a passive that doom gets, it will be pretty strong if it is a passive.

Not very much I think. I have had around 80% on AM and it make a real difference.
