I would agree with you on the LD biz except that he's still really freakin' hard to play and micro well in that situation. I think it's only a worry in like 4500-5k range. I mean meepo is some serious business when not countered and I hardly ever see meepos in the 3k bracket.
Pushers and push junglers will dominate, or at least be very prominent.

- Boots Of Travel buff
- Radiance buffed "for the most part"
- Tinker, Naga, Lycan (didn't get nerfed) Lone Druid, Nature's, and Brood Mother all got buffed
- Clarity being buffed
- Enchanted mango?
