Well, there's your answer I guess. It's never going to be considered good until someone tries it.
I think it'd probably work fine but troll doesn't really need it over standard dominator. He's already super fast with extra move speed from q and phase boots, even before yasha, and dominator has some nice other stats, dmg and armor. It's like what's better, more dmg multiplied by fervor or more bashes multiplied by mask o madness?
you dont need Ms when you get 12-20min sny (522 with phases; 450ish all the time) and 9-13min yasha... also you need bkb due to dying to nuking. +30% dmg is like taking pure dmg from every spell (no 25% mag. resist) on your low hp ass. and mid-late game troll has no problems reaching max atack speed. you will sell mom anyways.
if you go early game build; you go vlads+deso by around 16-20min...
u cant take rosh with mom
at least not alone. think about it. what gives hotd? 1 buffed creep and armor (ignore hp regen for rosh aspect). creep can tank ~ 10 hits and armor gives u so much sustain against rosh
if u remove 5 armor and a tank creep with 5% more lifeleech u will get rekt. dont even think about activating it, will be impossible

So basically, you increase your dps by a portion inferior to the increase damage you are taking.
What matrice said was what I was trying to say. 20 dmg from dom multipled for times vs trolls base dmg multiplied once more, plus all the other benefits of dom, makes mom not seem worth it. I tried calculating the dps on the dota calc but couldn't get it to include his bashes.

afair, mom is the only item that can break the maximum attack speed threshold. it always gives 100% attack speed increase.
why would u need mom? you have 3 abilities that increase your attack speed and you get blown up by magic damage until you get bkb
like the only way i can rationalize mom is if i'm behind on farm and i need to catch up desperately

So why can't Troll Warlord get a MoM for farming and play like a Juggernaut? Troll Warlord usually gets a form of lifesteal early or mid-game for farming purposes. Lategame a Satanic is king, early game, MoM will allow you to: farm the fastest, take Roshan the fastest and get around fastest.
He can now make full use of the Mask's attack speed after the recent update and the movement speed allows you to move at hasted speed without Sange and Yasha. Though it does leave you squishier, it's mostly used in the jungle to get around and farm as fast as possible, it also makes you even faster at pushin and taking Roshan.
If you were to use it 1v1 you'd become the ultimate bashlord with 650 attack speed with just a MoM and skills at level 25- still leaving room for other items to provide some agility/attack speed and not be wasted- this wouldn't have been possible in the previous patch where the attack speed was capped at 600.
That being said, I'd probably never buy it, I just wanted to hear people's thoughts.
