Taking a break doesn't make your teammates play any better, it only allows you to reevaluate yourself so that you can play better.
That's kind of true, I was mostly checking counters for the past few days to see what kills popular heroes. And then they brought the 6.83c patch so I decided to cut off my break there, but things aren't much better.

I don't want to quit Dota 2, but I would like to have good games and fun with this game, not to ruin my day.

If you actually seriously broke a monitor because of a game and you are 22 years old, then you REALLY need to quit that game.

Listen fella cus it's really fucking simple.
You are always concerned with all the idiots on your team, randoms and bad plays and getting counter picked and what not. This happens because of your shitty mmr (it happens on higher mmrs too, just different flavors). However, and here is the key to the entire thing:
If you're team is full of dumbasses at ~2k mmr or whatever you are at THE ENEMY TEAM IS TOO!
So if you can be the one guy who isn't a dumbass suddenly your team has 4 dumbasses and one semi decent player vs 5 dumbasses and you should win more games than you lose and rank up to where you are just as bad/good/whatever as the people around you and you get the "quality" match you desire.
If the enemy team is half as bad as you bitch about your own team then you should be able to single handedly win games. So start picking jugger, troll, axe, meepo, storm spirit, TA every damn game and rank up and stop whining.
And if dota2 just makes you pissed off and uphappy then quit cus the point of video games is to have fun. Go play ocarina of time some more if that's more fun cus that is a really dope game, makes me wish for a 3ds to play the remake.
EDIT: Serious plan, go troll woods every single game. Call out troll woods and first pick it. Troll has no hard counters and in woods it won't matter what your teammates do cus enemy team will be so bad they won't contest your farm. Your team can start 0-15 as long as you get your items and rosh by 12 mins, which I am about to tell you how to do.
Buy quelling blade, stout shield, tangos. Put a point in Q. Kill the easy camp but make sure you stack it. After killing the two easy camps you should be level 2. Spec your E. Now go find a nice medium camp and pull them in ranged form, switching between melee when they get close to hit you and ranged to keep them constantly pulled. One bot match should allow you to find the sweet spot where they reset but you don't have to run back and forth to keep them pulled.
Keep killing medium camps until level 4. At 4 you will be 1/1/2. You will have burned through 3 tangos. Now you can clear hard camps as well, do the same ranged pull but hit W once to make them miss you also. Make sure you're not blocking camps but you don't really want to stack yet either. Make sure you eat the tree by the middle medium camp on dire so you can kill those guys 1v1 and the tree by the middle hard camp on radiant to make your pathing shorter.
Somewhere right around here you will have 900 gold and buy a morbid mask. Now you just clear jungle like a madman, next item is phase boots, then aquila, then finish dominator. You should be about level 10 or 11 and you want to have one point in W, max E, max Q next, obviously take ult whenever you can. You should have this around min 12, buy a smoke, go rosh. EZ PEASY. Now go push and kill all the t1s. Rotate through jungle and keep clearing it, stack ancients with your dominator, build s&y, bkb, daedulus or mkb, skadi. You will win 3 out of 4 games in your bracket if you do this right. Don't forget to switch between ranged and melee when fighting players so they can't kite you. Use both of your whirling axe modes.
I went like 13-2 and propelled myself into very high before getting kinda bored. Followed it up going 5-8 so maybe it's not 100% sure fire but in your bracket it should work even better since jungle will rarely be contested.

Learn to enjoy the game how it is, because it wont get better. You'll still lose ~50% of your games because of stupid mistakes of your team, at any mmr.

I have games in which my team is shit. I also have games in which I get carried. You learn to accept this, try to play better, and move on. Honestly if you're 1.something K MMR and you can't carry yourself out of it, you are the problem. Same with me and my 2.6K. I'm improving, slowly, and you will too

you know i am 4.3k mmr, if i only play slark+es i could go up to 4800 maybe even 5k really, but i can't stand games where i lose with es or slark, cuz i know i did my best and played my most succesful herobut still lost, but this is not the point.
the point- play a hero you have success with, meaning you have 60%+ winrate and decent amount of games.
but since you are sub 2k mmr i guess you dont have that/those heroes, so just find it/them.
and also stop bitching about teammates it really makes you look autistic, since you are have 1k mmr.
