after you get level 13, you will have a hidden base mmr. that number will go up or down for you Ranked MMR depending on your performance.

Normal =3k, high = 3.5 , VH = 3.75+

You will eventually fall out of whatever bracket you are hoping to achieve. You will lose and feed because you don't deserve to be there. Get back on your main, find your own mistakes, watch your replays, use better judgment and build a ladder to climb out of whatever sub 2k bracket you are trying to escape from. If you are actually as good as you think you can reach, you can do it on your main with effort. Otherwise you're just going to take the -25 road back to the trench.

Smurfing does nothing for improving player skill, if anything it hinders you.
