we rly need valve to come up with a blacklist system to avoid dodges, its rly annoying and can be done easily.

cuz its like the third time in my life that i get in a match with that guy http://www.dotabuff.com/players/104264636
and everytime i mute him so i can dodge and yet when i get him again after a while he's not muted.
So can we still trust the blacklist button or not?!
good thing he traumatized me for the rest of my life, else i wouldnt have dodged last game and would get traumatized again.
