how you break out of skill brackets depends on the uncertainty level in your account. i think if the uncertainty level of the account is at the cut-off minimum i believe u get simple +25 -25 for win/loss etc, if its high you can get out simply by good performance regardless of win/loss. below 45 games im pretty sure you can get to high / very high simply by suddenly playing good, but for example my 300+ games account which i tanked the unranked solo mmr i have to +25 my way out of the bracket.
To go on higher bracket u need to : Stomp / having more xpm - gpm than average tardos / or with one word " GET GUT "

Many people say that skill bracket mean how big/long is your win streak. Now I have 8 win streak and still Normal skill. How I can get HS or VHS in unranked and what is this skill bracket at all?
