i just checked the link... first skill on Ignite? im no pro on Ogre, but i think im quite good on him.
If your gonna support on Ogre, rushing Aghs isnt really a good idea. getting a force staff or Euls is quite useful too
How about trying this skill build
Q>W>W>E>W>R>W
stun is still 2secs at any level, Ogre is preferrably a ganker/rotation type hero, so maxing W and E early on will help secure kills.
EDIT:
word of advice, flaming wont help you improve, it will just make you think that the next game you gonna play will have the same kind of team mates. Just do what you can, because when you lost you know you did your best and you were helpful. It will motivate you for your next game.
It wasn't your fault, your both carries did shit and mid failed. Nothing you could have done to win this game, these games happen to everyone so get used to it.

1. accept that you are awful
2. think about your own game, and actually listen in these kinds of threads.
3. you are playing at an extremely low level, there will be SOME unwinnable games, but don't pretend that these are the norm
4. build your hero better, ogre = SR + Tranqs + oov and maybe a stick is a really good way to build the hero before extending into forcestaff (or dagger, I prefer forcestaff)
