If he does the combo perfectly?
Nothing, you can't active anything due to being 'stunned'. The downside to the build is his basically a 1 trick pony.
It doesn't really have a counter. If he times it right you can't even use insta-cast stuff like Phase Shift or Rage. You just have to force 5v5, that build is only good for solo killing. Also yeah, stick with other people.

Its like what Sam said. You can't cast anything. Unless you're talking about using those skills before he casts Euls but if the voker had half a brain, he'd just disengage.
If the blast is under you as you fall down, you can't do shit cause you'll instantly be disabled, much like how Naga --> Arrow works.
AKA, all the things Grim said is bad counters to Invoker, expect SD and Dazzle (talking about euls combo)
Deafinng blast has a pretty big AoE (Terms of lenght) meaning it's not that hard to make it perfect/that enemy can't cast spells.
Like others said, stick together (or at least don't stray too far out without vision of invoker), if you are the type of hero that should be split pushing, then try to build yourself up enough to survive the combo (and then to run the fuck away).

Dont foget Suntrike goes through BKB / rage and repel and even if you do use EUL he can in theory purge you down.
dont let him get to you, you're in normal bracket so just play safe and outfarm him, split push when possible as well
BKB or try not to get picked off/stay out of range of the euls. But like others said, 1 trick pony, I'd rather face that than a really good quas wex invoker.

Perfect blast after tornado is not easy. Just look at Cook's video. Half his blasts are cast too early; thus, blast did not deal any damage.
