Anyway, anyone know how to play good axe? what's the item order? somehow I can't seem to make an impact with playing axe.
I ran into Grimorum in solo queue, I picked invoker he picked silencer, I raped him mid and won the game, and went on with my business, minutes later he posts a topic on dotabuff talking about how crap his silencer is so he can justify why he lost against me.
I honestly didn't give a damn, but my friend linked me this and I CRINGED so hard reading the topic title and post.

No, he's right, Grimorum should not be posting that, he probably was bickering to the enemy team while in the game, hence Don John showing his frustration.
Some how, I find majority of invoker tend to be cocky, where as meepo players are very humble.
If you see players that shit talk a lot in the game, they often have following heroes as their most played heroes
1. Invoker
2. Templar Assassin
3. Slark
4. Weaver
5. Shadow Fiend
6. Tinker
7. Storm Spirit
8. Zeus
9. Mirana
10. Juggernaught
I actually kind of agree with what Tot states, expect his random list that doesn´t make sense despite the 1th. imo.
My irl friend is so fucking confident and arrogant cause has 200 games Invoker (respectively 48% winrate).
People think because Invoker is so "high skillcap" they are supergod and everything, but in reality Invoker doesn´t have that high skillcap to play to get high impact, however mastering the hero is very difficult.
I don´t understand why Grim makes this thread, which to me seems to do what Don John says.

if they turn of share before the game ends (assuming he loses) and turns it back on, the lost game won´t count on dotabuff unless you put share on yet again? AKA, you can inflate ur WR like this?
Yes. Turn off when you're about to lose turn back on when you're about to win.
1. A lot of people use this when they are wanting to "bury" matches e.g. abuse or loss streaks (turn off for a month then back on)
2. Toggling means you can choose which games you want on and off so it looks like you're still active.
3. It effects top ratings as well so people can toggle to get dotabuff to calibrate their hero scores very high on only the matches they see.

Are you sure about this?
I'm gonna try it and see if it's true.
If dotabuff can't see your loss on a hero it won't count it, meaning if you lost or performed really bad despite a loss, if it effected your rating in anyway you can simply hide that game from dotabuff.

I think Don John's right on this. This was a pu$$y a$$ move. Idk why grimorum's being such a pu$$y in general, I mean every 5k+ player knows you're not top tier at this game, but you execute combos pretty well. Stop turning your games on and off and spamming normal games to save your precious KDA.

I definitely think threads like this should exist, however this one had several undertones to it lol. So many "why are my teammate so trash", "i cant win with my teammates", it's nice to see the flip side (if he won). "My team carried me so hard", "I've had really friendly teammates". Positivity is always welcome in a place muddled with negativity.
Here's my 2cents.
1) Grim why was this topic made? You say the intent is to commend your teammates for not being super upset that you lost them the game. Instead you listed a bunch of reasons why you sucked which comes off as defending yourself when no one is attacking you. Especially knowing that Don John was the other invoker, you should have known that this topic would create triggered a response from him.
2) Don John why are you such an aggressive person. There are so many trash talkers in dota it's insane. Just chill.
3) Why the fuck do people toggle their games on and off? What's the point of stats if you are artificially boosting them?
