      This question seems to come up quite a bit and I think for max dmg it's always two battlefurys then daedulus.

      I'm not really sure why you would get anything else like a skadi or mjollnir, and linkins, bkb and mkb are situational so you can't not talk about special matchups.

      Standard build doesn't vary as far as I know, it's always phase, drums, battlefury, battlefury, daedulus.

            Drums Phase Bottle 15min?

            Phase Drums Bottle Battlefury 16min would be more ideal. (Following your "typical" Ember game)

              If you get all that by 15 mins you are stompping. That's over 500 gpm which is decent for a full length game, for first 15 mins that's pretty incredible and you can't farm that much from your creep waves alone, you will need kills and towers to do that.

                  Phase Drums Bottle and BF at 16 minutes would be over 500 gpm, that's 8250 net worth, pretty tough to do unless you are absolutely stomping.

                  A more typical 400 gpm would be 20-22 minutes... 27 minutes if things are going quite poorly, in which case the game is probably lost anyway.

                    Phase Drums Bottle Battlefury at 22minutes? If that's how your thought procces or what you feel is reality, I think you should skip Drums and go just for bracer into battlefury instead.

                    20+ min battlefury is what u get in bad games where you are forced out of your lane and need to go stack jungle camps and bottlecrow while clearing with flaming guard.

                      if my team has more phy cores i will go deso over fury since i will play more of control + tempo rather than farm split push
                      enemy having high catch like lc storm would also make fury less attractive
                      if i was forced to get bkb early mael becomes more attractive cos its the cheapest dps for ember (either phase drum mael bkb or phase drum bkb mael)

                        I feel like with regards to items like battlefury and radiance people drastically overestimate farm. Good farm for first ~15 mins when you're in lane only, not rotating lanes or woods for more farm, 7 cs/min is really good. That's nearly every creep since waves spawn every 30 seconds and have 4, with a couple siege ones thrown in there. I think the max creeps you could get would be around 8 a min. And with your passive 100 gpm, 625 starting gold, and about 45g a creep, at 15 mins you'd have 6850 net worth. Minus some consumables, you can get boots and a battlefury. And that's with near perfect farm.

                              people need to realize that htis hero is ridiculously strong early game, the hero isnt antimage...the ppl who rush battlefuries on him are the main reason the heros winrate is so low. hes first and foremost a tempo controller, ember with phase + drums is ridiculously scary if he knows how to triple remnant and stuff. you're guaranteed a kill at level 6 on almost every mid with triple remnants and stuff

                              additionally bkb or linkens is required basically every game on him after one battlefury

                              build phase and drums every game, bracer isnt great because he benefits a ton from mobility and stuff. going a second bracer is fine too but kills slots. phase is somewhat subjective, boots of travel after drums is a pretty good item too since it makes you way more efficient and mobile

                              basically stop playing this hero like the one you see getting one shot rampages, just like kunkka, play him as a tempo controller and youll have a lot more success on him
