Have a losing dota playlist. When it's looking grim pause and quickly alt tab and play it . Compile this with happy songs. You could even work out how to play the sound from your pc down the microphone and let your entire team join in.

What? I play supports only and have no rage problems at all. I think, support is most "rage free" role in game.
