Your demands are a little high, I suggest that you're trying to coach good players into the role you want them to be.
I spoke to them like a month or so ago. I told them that I was not going to be available during christmas as I want to see my gf and my family, since i have not seen them for a long time. Dude interrupted the talk, said that i am not a fit and told me good luck in the search of another team. In hindsight, good that this has happened to me
