Oracle is good for when you have a booster on the other team feeding from another account on yours.

he's super op he's like huskar or viper in lane with his range and basic attack time except he also has a disable and a nuke so he's better than them
but the generic pppl who don't have video games as their main hobby would never understand that
i shall now proceed to pick oracle all the way up to 4000 mmr or even more before icefraud thinks of doing something sensible

Let's put an example.
You're dual lane bottom. Oracle and Void.
Oracle skills Fates Edict at 1 (50% + damage, disarm) and Void skills his leap.
This lane is against a low armor hero, let's say Huskar.
Leap, disarm, dead hero. Literally.
I think this disarm this is the most absurd broken shit, but it's hard to find a situation where its' really good.
The hero is superhard to play to it's potentional, and to do so tough communication is key.
his fucking edict +50% dmg and disarm works on Roshan, bm.
if you're playin safelane carry+oracle
you will usually play vs heroes that doesnt give a fuck about disarm btw ;)
its all cool on the paper etc but in reality this hero is not that good atm. need to find his place or pick around him
yeah whatever the only reason i'm losing games as him now is forced 50% just you wait and i'll be the next (insert pro player who plays support here)
