Razor counters PA in every way. PA dagger procs razor's passive, razor sucks her dmg away, razor's ult is physical but also can't be dodged. He's pretty good at kiting her too, although she can just blink to you. I love PA popularity cus it makes razor picks that much stronger.
Yeah, u invest 5.4k gold to be just 2 shotted if u rush it. I personally always pick Slark vs her - strong early game nukes, 4 sec immunity to her rightclicks & great MKB holder.
^^ razor, altho my personal favorite is zues. Able to kill even mid game PAs (esp if they use mask of madness the dumb fucks) with a quick combo. (Ofcourse, in theory mid-game PA shud be able to rape zues, but u usually have scepter by then, bcuz of snowballing) Late game, get ethereal, send the bitch to the ethereal planes, then fuck her like u're never gonna see her again.
Just get heroes that are natural MKB carriers (Gyro, Weaver etc) and pick a lot of nukes. But the most important part is trying to delay the game. PA is actually a TERRIBLE late game carry because in the late game one of your spells is actually almost entirely useless and your BKB will be very short to handle disables.
I fully agree with ur first statement but PA a terrible late game carry? I dont know bro, those crits coming out in quick succession make short work of almost any hero. Esp. Abysal blade + satanic PA. Even my spectre has a hard time against her late game. I usually try to end as soon as possible if PA is on the opposing team. Try to end her farm b4 she gets battle fury.
^If your spectre had troubles vs. PA lategame I think Spectre did something real wrong.
PA dies in matter of seconds if caught alone vs. Spectre where desolate comes into play, with 4 Spcetres surrounding him. Yes, I'm talking a full 6 slotted PA can't humanilited.
see that's the thing. Why do ppl assume u can so easily catch the enemy alone? Desolate ignores PA's evasion so in theory, yes PA is dead meat if Spec catches her alone. But that almost never happens, does it? The enemy knows Spec, and aint that dumb, late game PA will just avoid jungles and approach Rosh with caution
It's not about desolate ignoring PAs evasion, cause Spectre would probably have an MKB against the PA anyway.
And your assumption about heroes never getting caught alone is fucking stupid, and the AoE of desolate disable isn't that large.
All you need it a good execution of a initation to smash down PA in a second, but you, Normal Bracket player, talks about heroes never getting caught?

Ta can snowball and she will rape pa
Any kind of hex lion shadow shamen or scythe can make her evasion useless and make her ez to kill
Meepo (yes) can nuke her easly and with scythe he can initiate to her and kill her fast

slark is DAMN FINE even tho he isnt a good mkb holder. Earlygame he kills his opponents only with nukes, he doesn't care about her evasion that much, and he bites her in the ass when she's mostly weak, making her weak for the whole game. Pa is a snowballing hero, and is reeeeeeeealy hard to play from behind, so if you shut her down earlier (which slark does, ez) he will be an useless piece of shit.
PA is shitty late dude cus by then even heroes who don't love mkb can get it and your supports can have scythes if they are smart and most teams can kill you in a 2 second stun window. PA turns into a glass cannon late game when her evasion isn't helpful and her bkb is short. A spectre just has to be smart enough to build a mkb or abyssal. Even without those, a spec with butter and manta should still win.
DK seems pretty decent vs her too, a 3.25 second stun is a lot to burst her down in.

Ogre does annhilate any carry if bkb is down. Just need one good multi cast with aghs and those nukes are a lot to handle.
