Pretty sure that its broken at the moment. I've seen lots of games on the first page that are normal/high skill games (when I've been suspicious I've actually checked it out on dotabuff). However when you filter by hero, it seems to sort itself out..
There were a lot of people including myself in the last day or so where you make top page for no reason. I honestly think it's bugged cause at the time I was 4.8 so there is no way it would be top over games where 7K people are playing.
they changed something on purpose
