How do I micro my anti-mage so that I get as many hits as possible when blinking onto a running target?
Sometimes when I blink onto the enemy, the stupid anti-mage is still spinning from his blink animation.

    Androgynous

blink to their side and then continue to attack move. when they run away, your hero has to turn less between each attack when moving between them. if you blink in front for example, your hero still has to do a 180 anyways,

plus if you're beside them instead of behind them, then you're slightly further ahead and that might result in an extra attack (or attacks)

You sure blinking in front and blocking them isn't a better way to score extra hits?
Anyway, I think what you might like to know is how to cancel the end of the casting animation. If you just blink and expect your hero to auto-attack he will actually take some time to complete the cast animation (which is completely unnecessary because you already completed the spell). So after you blink you have to order a move anywhere (which will stop the end of the animation) and then just click to attack.

Thanks guys. Believe it or not microing the am is the difference between 3 hits and 1 hit upon blinking.
