They have high win rates because they are both strong and easy to play. Zeus probably most hero damage apart from radiance spectre.
They have quite high winrate in very high bracket, too.

He had a good composition to back him up, that's why I think the did well, as sniper you could have destroyed him, you outrange and burst him in many ways, spamming your ult on him you chunk big pieces of his life too, preventing him from many movements.
Remember that Zeus had to receive a buff some patches ago because he was too shallow of a hero, also in late game his power decay drastically.
The big problem with Zeus is that he's overpowered in pubs (deals massive amounts of damage...) but is useless competitively (...and not much else). The big problem is that no one bothers to diverge from their desired builds enough to buy a damn Cloak. Still, he should get a massive overhaul... along with a model rework, while they're at it.
I have a 29% winrate against Wraith Kings and a 71% winrate with a Wraith King on my team.
Doesn't mean the hero is overpowered. He has a lot of weaknesses - mana burn in particular.

I think it's best if the developers balance them or something like not make Zeus's ult global range and make wraithfire blast cost more mana.

I had to go Sniper on this match (god forbid) because my other picks were Io and Visage, two heroes I am completely unfamiliar with and tried to do a diffusal blade against Wraith King.
I want justice on this match. If I ever see another team of Drow, Zeus, Ursa, and Wraith King in a single team I'll drown a dog.
