Can make pretty much any matchup work in pubs unless your purely out picked or out skilled. Probably could skill jugg the same as in side lanes. Get bottle...spin on the wave before the runes so you dont miss exp.
in normal skill u can go mid with a neutral using helm of dominator and still win

In normal skill? Just go whatever, from my experience in this bracket you can win mid as kotl vs viper so you don't really need to try anything to win with jug mid.
Its fine, i play it mid sometimes.
Bottle phase drums sb diffu and i roam a ton.
Lvl 6 kills mid most of times.
pfft jugg noobs
get 1 in spin and heal, max stats and crit
get phase, MoM, basher, blink

I have seen some games where Fear ran jug mid, but that was a pro game and not a pub.
