4200 is kinda low, you need to be at least 5k or upper 4k, maybe 4800 to think about a team.
2300 mmr most pros are at. there is a pro with 1437 mmr and he plays support so hard to say. kappa plz no flame or i cry.
MMR doesn't mean much, and there are many levels of competitive gaming. I won a brazilian amateur tournament at 4500 MMR, but I didn't play ranked back then. Now I'm sitting at 5.3k

Are there amateur tournaments or leagues or something of that sort with players taking it competitive as sport, not as casual video game?
What MMR players playing that way have(i guess >4.5k) and are those 100% online teams( i play with some real life friends but they are awful, so i take those gemes much less serious than solo ranked ones)?!
How does that work?
Are there any sites or forums where teams get created?
Can you plz share your experience if you played anything like that, or how long have you searched for it if you still cant find it( since i am not sure about its existence).
P.S. Dont mid my recent history, i dont take games on this account seriously(i am 4,2K atm on account i do)
