he seems good, its just that 90% of players that pick him dont know shit about how to play him

Seems extremely op. Low win rate cus people are retarded and have no clue how to combine spells. You have to combine his spell effects for him to be any good.
@Timberwolf can i ask, whats the closest ranged support hero you would compare him to for similarity, or a hero in general to compare him to for similarity, i practiced with Kunka for the art of combining spells haha i'm alright at it now so hopefully i can apply that for if i ever play as Oracle :)
I'm not the person to ask as I haven't played him yet, I'm just reiterating wiki and forum info. But he can make someone invulnerable for 9 seconds and heal them during that time. He can pop some massive heals too if you put the spell immune thing on your carry first. He seems like a mix between omni and dazzle.

I've just played my first game with him and i only died twice, he's actually really good for players like me and he's beginner friendly i think, the combination between his first and third ability can be devastating and his ultimate is fantastic for escaping and chasing heroes off or out of the lane, its great for counter attacking to if you have a mek. The main thing i loved about him is true as @Timberwolf said in principal he appears like Dazzle but he shares something more in common with Dazzle that enemy heroes that are a lot more tanky and are mainly used to bully heroes out of the lane like Ursa, Huskar, Tide Hunter and Axe are drawn to him for a quick easy kill, its this underestimation of Oracle that forces tank heroes to become more greedy and overstretch their play making them easy targets for combination stuns and also if you apply his second ability first and can successfully land his other two abilities you can be guaranteed a kill even if you're laning on your own. Overall i think he's great haha and i also like the design and concept idea of him. Obviously i need to play more games with him but so far i'm happy with the results :)
@BadIntentions i love Doom wish i was better with him haha but Oracle is pretty cool i really like playing him
It's unbalanced piece of shit hero if you're playing against it. Cooldowns are too low and the level of cancer that can give you is outstanding.
@Infinity i thought the cooldown on his ultimate, so you are very right there but i think you could argue the same for spirit breaker in a way

His spells are extremely strong, but takes some practice to be good at, since he's very button-mashy, and his skills have situational uses (like when to use on ally or enemy). He has some mana issues though. Just one Fortune Flames combo at level 3 costs 200 mana, which then is half of your mana pool.
And it's hard for him to initate kills before he has his ultimate, since they will just start running away when you start channeling. Needs someone else to use their disable first for your own disable to actually have any sort of impact other than damage. Though even a slow like PA dagger should be good enough.
Broken hero? Hero is good if he gets lvls so he needs solo which makes him another snowball hero, you do not do well early game then hero sucks the remainder of the match.
No hero is broken if you can counter their ult with dust. I have not dropped a single match against oracle...

Hey Guys! haven't been on in a while and i like talking to you lot so i thought i'd update :) i love playing ranged support heroes but i haven't yet tried Oracle. Now call me stupid or absurd but i kinda don't wanna try him because i feel he'll be a disappointment and not what i expect. I know the only way to find out is to play with him myself but i respect the opinions of the people on here and i'm just curious what you guys think of Oracle. Thanks again guys :D
